1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service
coverage.

2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier operations.

4. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared through email or SMS after dispatch.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, notify us within 48 hours with photographs
for verification.

6. Returns
Due to the nature of agricultural seeds, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or
wrongly delivered products.

7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are refundable only if the error occurred on our side.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be
accepted.
